Benefits & Exclusions
This membership plan is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with dental insurance or any other promotion or discount. Unlike dental insurance, there are:
- NO waiting periods
- NO yearly maximums
- NO pre-existing conditions exclusions
- NO claim forms
- NO deductibles
Some treatment exclusions exist. These include Invisalign, Implant placement, Implant surgical guide fabrication, Hybrid dentures, Hybrid prosthesis, Hybrid partials, TMJ splint therapy, Diagnostic casts, and Diagnostic waxups. From time to time there will also be services that cannot be performed due to the general health limitations of the patient or the need for a specialist referral. There will be no membership benefits provided in the office of any specialist regardless of the status of the membership or the source of the referral.
